A reminder to Flint City Hall voters

In order to allow voting by absentee ballot over the counter for the August 3 City Council Primary
Election, the Flint City Clerk’s office is currently open on the 3rd Floor of Flint City Hall from 9 a.m. – 5
p.m. Monday through Friday.

Registered voters can also apply for and receive an absentee ballot at the Clerk’s office in person until
August 2 at 4 p.m., the day before the election.

It is important to note that there is NOT a Primary Election in the 1st, 5th, and 9th wards. However, those
wards will be included in the general election in November.

Voters requiring additional information about the August 3rd Primary Election should contact the Flint
City Clerk’s office at (810) 766-7414.
