GST Michigan Works! Flint to host Multi-Employer Healthcare Career Fair

GST Michigan Works! will host 10 local healthcare employers at the Flint Service Center on Tuesday, April 30th, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Flint, MI – Are you passionate about helping or healing others? You can stop by GST Michigan Works! in Flint for a Multi-Employer Healthcare Career Fair on Tuesday, April 30, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. The address for this event is 711 N. Saginaw St., Flint 48503, and it will take place on the Lower Level. Save the date and come prepared to connect with industry leaders, learn about available positions and take the next step towards a fulfilling healthcare career!

“GST Michigan Works! is excited to bring together healthcare providers who are actively hiring with those job seekers currently searching for work or seeking a new opportunity in healthcare,” said Cindy Thornthwaite, business services manager for Genesee and Shiawassee Counties at GST Michigan Works!

“By having a multitude of healthcare employers in our Flint Service Center simultaneously, job seekers will have ample opportunity to secure employment with any employers in attendance,”  Thornthwaite added.

Ten local healthcare employers who are eager to speak to potential workers will be in attendance, including Genesee Health System, Regional Medical Imaging (RMI), Helping Hand Nursing Service, Hurley Medical Center, McLaren Flint, Soteria Home Health Care, New Paths, Inc., Nexcare WellBridge Senior Living, Flint Healthcare Employment Opportunities and Advanced Specialty RX. Current employment opportunities range from mammography/x-ray technologist to LPNs to recovery coaches. There is a position for everyone!
