The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint announces new CEO

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint has recently announced the hiring of Ashley Bond as their new Chief Executive Officer, following a national search. She succeeds Tauzzari Robinson, who faithfully served as the  leader at the Club for 15 years.

Bond joins The Boys & Girls Clubs with extensive leadership experience in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Most recently at General Motors, she managed multi-million-dollar budgets, built strong partnerships with community stakeholders and mentored teams to success. Earlier in her career, Ashley served in child welfare and family services leadership roles with Catholic Charities, Fairfax County (VA) and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. She holds a Master of Social Work from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Flint.

As CEO, Ashley will lead the Club into its next chapter of growth, ensuring that hundreds of Flint-area children continue to have a safe, supportive and inspiring place to learn, play and thrive.
