The 2019 Greek Challenge Invitational Sponsored by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

For more than 30 years, the Flint Alumni Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. have awarded scholarships to deserving, local high school males in support of their higher educational goals.  To date, these scholarships exceed $72,000 in total.  Funding for these scholarships is generated through the generosity and outstanding support received from the greater Flint community at our Annual Golf Scramble.

The 2019 Greek Challenge Invitational will begin with a “Shotgun” start at 8:30 A.M.  on SATURDAY, MAY 25, 2019 at Brookwood Golf Course, located at 6045 Davison Road, Burton, MI.

The four (4) person scramble is open to any and all golfers!  Fraternity and Sorority members are encouraged to wear their Greek paraphernalia.  Foursomes will compete against other fraternities, sororities and non-Greeks for bragging rights, prizes and trophies.  A special “Greek” flight has been created as a fun competition between Greek organizations and can only be entered if all four (4) golfers are members of the same fraternity or sorority.

The entry fee for this year’s event will be $75 per person and will include 18 holes of golf, a boxed lunch at the turn, prizes for longest drive, closest to the pin, and lots of fun.  Tee Box sponsorships are also available for $125 per hole.

All proceeds from this event will go toward the Memory Allen Wright Scholarship Fund.  Mark your calendar now for a day of great fun on SATURDAY, MAY 25, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. at Brookwood Golf Course, benefiting a great cause – – The 2019 Greek Challenge Invitational Sponsored by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
