Flint Handmade hosts Valentine’s Craft Market at Flint Farmer’s Market

Friends, families and couples being encouraged to shop local and handmade

Flint, Michigan – Flint Handmade is hosting their Valentine’s Craft Market from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. TOMORROW Saturday, February 4, in the Ramsdell Room at the Flint Farmers’ Market. Admission is free.

The Valentine’s Craft Market will feature over 20 local artisans with unique, modern handmade goods such as vintage-inspired jewelry, hand-poured candles, natural bath and body products, wood signs, knit and crocheted items, greeting cards and much more.

Live music will be provided by guitarist Erik McIntyre and bass player Shannon Wade.

“We are so excited to be featuring five brand new artisans to this show, including Kim Allen of Pooches & Smooches who makes treats for dogs and home decor for dog lovers,”  said Crystal Pepperdine, Executive Director of Flint Handmade.

“Flint Handmade is very inclusive and celebrates all forms of love and friendship,” said volunteer Hayley Randol. “Craft Markets provide such a great opportunity for friends, family and couples to grab lunch at the Farmers’ Market and support local artisans at the same time. It’s the perfect way to spend a cold Saturday in February.”
