Cooling stations are open in Flint during the heat wave this week. Dangerous extreme heat is expected to last until Friday evening. If you need additional help, call 2-1-1.

Mon.-Sat. 11:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Hasselbring Senior Center: 1002 W. Home Ave.
Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
*Must be 50 or older
Brennan Senior Center: 1301 Pingree Ave.
Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
*Must be 50 or older
Extreme heat can cause poor air quality with higher levels of pollutants like Ozone. This can make breathing difficult for sensitive individuals. Visit AirNow.gov for real-time air quality information.
