Black Women Are Divine Brunch

Flint, MI, March 14, 2024 – Black Lives Matter Flint, in collaboration with BLM Grassroots, will
host Black Women Are Divine Brunch. The event aims to celebrate powerful phenomenal women for
Women’s Month. The event will be filled with valuable love for the Wombman of the earth. Black
Women are known to make magic – turn scrap into soul food, create music out of silence, turn pain
into purpose, summon our ancestors with our prayers and dreams, and build a world fit for our
children.

“Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.” —Harriet Tubman, Abolitionist and Political Activist

The month of March is considered Breonna Taylor’s angelversary, we are coming together to celebrate divinity with gathering in cities across the country. The event will honor Dr. E Hill De Loney, Mama Sol,
and Claressa Shields, and will feature distinguished speakers such as Sherry Gay-Dagnogo of the Detroit
School Board, Shawanna Vaughn of Silent Cry, Tashawna Gill who serves as political advisor to Gov.
