FLINT — After carefully observing attendance patterns over the first three weeks and gathering feedback from residents, business owners, vendors and community partners, King Avenue PLUS announced an adjustment to their LK Momentum & Motivation Mondays event hours.
Group members stated they noticed that traffic was beginning to increase around 1 p.m. and continuing to build throughout the afternoon. Many residents were arriving after work and have expressed a desire for more time to enjoy the marketplace, food vendors, activities and community connections.
Beginning Monday, June 29, 2026, the new event hours will be:

📅 Every Monday through August 24, 2026

King Avenue PLUS believes this change will create an even more vibrant experience for our community while providing additional opportunities for vendors, businesses and organizations to connect with residents.
