67th District Court to have limited public access

additional preventative measures to help reduce the spread of the virus. Effective Monday, January 10, 2022 through Friday, February 4, 2022, the court will implement the following:

  • All 67th District Court locations will be open to the public from 8 a.m.-12 p.m., Monday through Firday, for filing documents and processing payments. The public may process payments online via 67thdc.com, or by mail. The court staff will be available to assist the public by phone from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Emergency motions may be filed online at 67thdc.com.
  • Urgent matters may be submitted via website @ 67thdc.com, or placed in the drop-box located inside the McCree Building, 630 s. Saginaw Street Flint, Michigan. This location is open from 8 a.m.-4p.m. , Monday through Friday.
  • All misdemeanor pretrials will be adjourned or conducted by Zoom until after Friday, February 4, 2022.
  • All arraingments for Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) detainees will be conducted remotely via Zoom until after Friday, February 4, 2022.
  • All in-jail misdemeanor matters will be conducted via Zoom.
