Victim’s name released following fatal Saturday shooting

At approximately 4 a.m. Saturday, June 26, Flint Police responded to the 6300 block of Valorie Ln. in reference to shooting. Upon arrival, the victim, a Black female in her 20s, was located outside a residence and was pronounced dead. The victim has been identified as Linntoria Veneshan Bailey-Tolbert and has a date of birth of 01/09/1999. There is a suspect, according to the Flint Police, who is a Black male in his 30s. However, the investigation is ongoing at this time.
