FLINT — On Friday, November 28 at around 6:30 p.m., Flint Police Officers responded to the 300 block of E Foss Ave in the city of Flint for a report of a shooting that occurred. Officers arrived on scene and observed the victim, 36-year old JAQUILLE DOMINIQUE TOPP, shot inside a vehicle in the driveway. Topp was pronounced dead on scene.
The suspect is under arrest and currently being held at the Genesee County Jail. The investigation is
ongoing.
