The community is invited to join Mayor Karen Weaver and Flint City Hall Staff for the Third Annual Harvest Fest on Wednesday, Oct. 31 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m Residents are invited to City Hall for safe, family friendly indoor trick or treating. Doors open at 4:30 p.m.
