Preventative care

Preventative care is the stuff you do (before you get sick) to stay healthy.

It’s important to remember that there are still things you can do to limit the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses.

Getting a flu shot, washing your hands, staying up to date on COVID-19 vaccines, wearing masks in crowded public places, and staying home when sick can help reduce virus transmission. It’s up to all of us to work together to stay healthy.
