Stay Dumb presents The Fitness Experience featuring live workouts with Michigan area instructors from 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 5, 2021, at the Flint Farmers’ Market.

This event will consist of five 30-minute live individual workout sessions with fitness instructors, food demonstrations with Chef Shaela Madlock and local vendors from the self-care and wellness industry.

“I love when people ask what does Stay Dumb mean,” said Alexandria Jones, the event organizer.

Flint native Quintin Carouthers, owner of Levels Fitness Studio, will lead a high-energy kickboxing session at Stay Dumb – The Fitness Experience Sept. 5, 2021 at the Flint Farmers’ Market.

“Dumb means to be temporarily mute, and many times, people simply need to say less and listen more,” Jones added. “Events organized by Stay Dumb offer the opportunity to network, listen and engage with diverse creatives from various business industries.”

Quentin Sanders, owner of Quent-Essential Fitness, will lead a high impact HIIT session at Stay Dumb – The Fitness Experience Sept. 5, 2021 at the Flint Farmers’ Market.

The Fitness Experience is open to any individual who enjoys having fun, moving their body and learning new tips to better their lives. Attendees can choose to workout in one session or all.

“A lot of people are nervous to work out in front of others, but the truth of the matter is no one cares what you look like,” said Jones. “Just have fun, and do it for yourself. Move your body because your life depends on it.”

Many times, individuals speak defeat and fear over their lives creating stagnation and displaced dreams. Events organized by Stay Dumb offer the opportunity to network, listen and learn from expert leaders, entrepreneurs and creators to inspire future leaders.

Saginaw native Lorenzo Reynolds, owner of Ultimate Fitness & Wellness, will offer a high energy boxing session at Stay Dumb – The Fitness Experience Sept. 5, 2021 at the Flint Farmers’ Market.
