Michael Clark, Flint Native Pens 30-Day Devotional Offering Practical, Life Changing Lessons

By Sheri L. Stuart, Staff Writer

Michael Clark has been posting encouraging messages to social media for the past five years. It was a natural progression explained the Flint native when he released his first book in January of this year.  U-Turn, Now!  is a 30-day, easy-to-read devotional designed to lead individuals from all walks of life to God so that they can discover their life’s purpose.

Join Michael Clark for a book signing on Saturday, June 22 from 2 to 6 p.m. at Berston Field House, Flint.

“This is an extension of what I’ve been doing for years, encouraging people through the Word of God. It’s less than a sermon I would preach but more than a scripture,” said Clark who now lives in Atlanta where he is a speaker and full-time ministry leader.

Clark explained that the book is comprised of scriptures and practical life applications that encourage the reader to make changes one day at a time, one step at a time. He said that staying committed for thirty days will help anyone establish new habits that lead to life altering choices.

Clark said he enjoys reading different translations of the Bible and included multiple scripture translations throughout the book. He said he hopes that others too will be encouraged to begin reading different Bible translations following their experience with the 30-day devotional.

“It’s such a blessing when people come back and tell me how much they’ve gotten from the book. Men especially have told me how much they’ve enjoyed reading it,” he said.

Clark will be in Flint to host a book signing on Saturday, June 22 at Berston Field House from 2 to 6 p.m.

U-Turn, Now!  is also available on Amazon.
