Hasselbring to offer free vaccinations during neighborhood mini concert

Hasselbring Senior Center is having a free neighborhood mini concert at 6 p.m. on Friday, August 13. Gwen Pennyman Hemphill and Gardell Haralson will be featured, along with other local artists.

Michigan United will be offering a pop up vaccination clinic during the mini concert from 6-7 p.m. Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson will be available free of charge. Those interested in being vaccinated must bring a driver’s license or state ID. The The Food and Drug Administration authorized the emergency use of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for children 12 and up.  The FDA has  granted emergency-use approval of the  Johnson & Johnson vaccine for those 18 and over.
