FLUSHING TWP. MAN CHARGED WITH WIFE’S MURDER

FLINT – Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton has charged a Flushing Township man with his wife’s murder after police discovered the woman’s body in their home.

Jeramie Lee Edenburn, 44, is charged with first degree premeditated murder in the death of Jennifer Louise Edenburn, 39.

On June 20th, Flushing Township police responded to Brook Drive in the northern part of Flushing Township for a missing person’s report. The next day, police found the victim’s body inside her home with stab wounds.

Jeramie Edenburn was located in Alpena where he was arrested and taken into custody. He remains lodged in the Genesee County Jail.

“The police presented us with probable cause evidence and we will provide additional details when we get to court,” said Prosecutor Leyton.

Edenburn will be arraigned in 67th District Court.
