FLINT, Mich. – Creative Hair School of Cosmetology will celebrate 20 years of training students to become future beauty industry leaders with several events welcoming prospective students and customers in the month of October.
In recognition of this important milestone, the following schedule of events has been announced:
- October 1 – 3: Braiding Boot Camp for teens to learn natural hair techniques.
- October 7: Class start date for all programs.
- October 8 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Customer Appreciation Day, customers will receive half-off pricing for hair services along with refreshments served.
“It is a complete honor to celebrate our 20th year,“ said Founder and Educator Corinthian Carouthers I. “As a family-owned school, we have had many successes and failures throughout the years, but we’ve remained in the Flint community to really nurture and train students to excel in the beauty industry.”
Creative Hair School offers four educational programs: cosmetology, natural hair, manicuring and esthetics. More than 1,000 students have graduated the program.
