The Genesee County Road Commission will perform crack seal operations on Elms Road between River Road and Flushing Road, in Mt. Morris Township from 4-7 p.m. on June 29. Open lanes of traffic will be maintained in both directions. Motorists are advised to expect delays and to seek an alternate route to reach their destination.
