The Catholic Charities Enchilada Fundraiser is tomorrow, on Cinco De Mayo. Every lunch comes with two enchiladas, beans and rice, all made from scratch by Hilda McShane (and some amazing and much appreciated volunteers) in the Catholic Charities’ Kitchen! All proceeds benefit Catholic Charities of Shiawassee & Genesee Counties! The drive thru opens at 11 a.m. and stays open until 1 p.m. The price is $8 for cheese and $10 for beef or chicken enchiladas. There will be limited lunches available without pre-order, but every order helps those in need. Catholic Charities is located at 901 Chippewa Street, in Flint.
