Through its exploration of the ups and downs of cancer treatment, the play shines a light on the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of community in times of hardship.”
The reading will be preceded by cancer screenings provided by the Karmanos Center, available one hour prior to each performance. Following the reading, attendees are invited to participate in an engaging talk-back panel discussion featuring the writers, actors and oncologists from the Karmanos Cancer Institute at McLaren Flint, allowing for a deeper conversation about the themes presented in the play.
