Last year, the Berston Inner-City Softball League All-Stars handily defeated the Sheriff Department All-Stars and they’re looking to rack up the points again this year. The Sherriff Department All-Stars, feeling the pressure to redeem themselves, are promising to bring their “A-game.” This family friendly event always draws a large crowd from across the county. “I think this is a great event for a community that has seen its share of difficulties,” said Genesee County Commissioner Bryant (BB) Nolden “We hope that having these types of activities will help to build better communication between law enforcement and our residents. It is a great collaboration.”
