FLINT, Mich.—A 21-year-old Flint resident has been arrested and charged with one count of open murder and one count of arson in connection with a structure fire at Elms Mobile Home Park, 2801 S. Dort Hwy.
Flint firefighter Ricky Hill Jr. passed away after suffering a heart attack while working to put out the fire on Feb. 25.
The suspect is awaiting arraignment, and more details will be released when they are available.
