The Office of the Genesee County Clerk/Register of Deeds has become vacant by resignation of
the incumbent effective November 2, 2022.
Pursuant to the authority set forth in MCL 168.209, the Circuit Judges of the Seventh Judicial
Circuit Court for Genesee County are required to fill the vacancy.
