Flint City Hall offices to close in observance of Labor Day; waste collection to be delayed one day

FLINT, Michigan — Please be advised that Flint City Hall offices are closed in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 6, 2021.

The city has been notified by Republic Services that waste, recycle and yard waste collection also will be delayed by one day due to the holiday.

Reminder: Flint City Hall has expanded hours as part of the ongoing rollout of Mayor Sheldon Neeley’s reopening plan. The following offices reopened to the public with hours 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday:

  • Assessor’s Office
  • Building and Safety (in the South Building)
  • City Hall Front Desk
  • Customer Service
  • Mayor’s Office
  • Office of Public Health
