Genesee County Health Department to offer free COVID-19 vaccines at Miller Road Flint McDonald’s restaurant

The Genesee County Health Department, with the support of local Flint McDonald’s Owner/Operator Sam Cox, will offer free COVID-19 vaccines to members of the community, ages 12 and older. The vaccination clinic will take place at the McDonald’s restaurant located at 3060 Miller Rd. in Flint July 8-10 at the following times:

  • 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Thursday, July 8 
  • 3 – 7 p.m. Friday, July 9 
  • 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday, July 10 

No prior registration is required for the vaccinations and everyone vaccinated at the restaurant will receive a Be Our Guest card redeemable for a free McDonald’s frozen beverage.

Flint Mayor Sheldon Neeley, Genesee County Health Department Nursing Services Director Kimberly VanSlyke-Smith, and local McDonald’s Owner/Operator Sam Cox are scheduled to speak at 11 a.m. Thursday.
