JSUNAA-Flint Chapter Will Honor Martha Wiley and Lennex Burroughs

Martha Wiley

Jackson State University National Alumni Association will honor Martha Wiley and Lennex Burrough on March 21, 2015 at the Flint Golf Club at the second JSU Chester Hughes Memorial Scholarship brunch.  Martha Wiley and Lennex Burrough are both well-known talented musicians.  They are both known for sharing their talents generously to churches, schools and community service organizations.  Martha Wiley is a retired educator from the Mt. Morris School District.  Lennex Burrough is a retired administrator from the Flint Community School District.

Since 1974, members of the Flint Chapter of Jackson State University National Alumni Association have supported their alma mater by awarding scholarships to the academically qualified and talented students attending or planning to attend Jackson State University.

Everybody is talking about sending more kids to college.  Getting a college degree is more important than ever.  Going to college is more expensive thanever.  Thanks to Lennex Burrough and Martha Wiley for investing in a deserving academically talented student’s future?
