18-year-old in critical condition following shooting Monday

At approximately 12:28 p.m. on Monday June 7, Flint Police responded to the 1000 block of E. Carpenter Rd in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, an 18-year-old Black female was transported to Hurley and was listed in critical condition. The suspect, a 16-year-old Black male, fled the scene and still remains at large. The investigation is ongoing.
