Other services include, but are not limited to, home visits, group meetings catered to share experiences, partnering with other organizations that provide mental health services for veterans, and advocating on behalf of military veterans.
Veterans of Now invites the community to come out and salute and cheer on military veterans for the 3rd Annual Veterans Motorcade and Celebration.
Vehicle lineup starts at 9 a.m. in front of Flint City Hall, and at 10 a.m. will proceed north through downtown Flint to Berston Field House where there will be a Veterans Ceremony at 10:30 am. acknowledging several selected Military Veteran Hidden Figures in the Flint Area.
Afterwards, the escorted motorcade will proceed to the Michigan Heroes Museum in Frankenmuth where attendees will see displays of military veterans and astronauts connected to Michigan, including some from the Flint area.
