$26,000 GFAC Grant Awarded to support a Year of Play at the Flint Children’s Museum
The Flint Children’s Museum is awarded a grant of $26,000 from the Greater Flint Arts Council (GFAC).This grant is dedicated to supporting free weekly programming activities throughout the year for the local and surrounding communities to enjoy.
Thanks to support from the GFAC, the Flint Children’s Museum can create super fun and creative events for the families. With warmer months approaching, Sproutside outdoor gardens are set to open up with foam parties, water rockets, petting zoo experiences, and so much more!
This grant is through Greater Flint Arts Council’s Share Arts Genesee Grant Program made possible by the Genesee County Arts Education and Cultural Enrichment Millage funds.
