Twenty eight year old man left in critical condition after Tuesday shooting

Genesee County 911 received several calls in reference to a shooting on I-475 that stemmed from road rage, occurring at approximately 12:35 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18.  A 28-year-old male and lone occupant in a passenger car was shot several times while driving on the interstate.

The suspect vehicle fled the area prior to police arrival.  Law enforcement located the suspect vehicle at a house on Flint’s westside, SB I-475, south of Stewart Ave. Several persons of interests were taken into custody.

The victim was left in critical condition, and the investigation is ongoing
