On Wednesday, November 26, at approximately 10:05 p.m. a fatal traffic crash occurred in the City of Flint on S. Dort Hwy. near E. Court St.
The on-scene investigation revealed that the victim was walking E/B across S. Dort Hwy. and was struck by a silver GMC that was traveling S/B on S. Dort Hwy. which fled the scene without stopping.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Next of kin has not been notified at publication time.
It is unclear if speed, alcohol and/or drugs are a factor in this crash.
