OWN IT! Flint Recovery Resource Day

The City of Flint is hosting its second community resource fair. The event will focus on assisting residents in accessing resources such as, a Medicaid, pre-enrollment in the Flint Registry, housing assistance, financial assistance, physical health, legal aid information, onsite mental health services and much more. In addition, industry experts will be onsite to provide information about public health, trauma and resilience, credit repair, home ownership, entrepreneurship, arts and Hip Hop and more. An ASL interpreter will be on hand. 

 

When: Saturday November 10, 2018 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. 

 Where: Eagle’s Nest Academy 5101 Cloverlawn Drive, Flint, MI 48504

 

Other events that will take place during the OWN IT! Community Recovery Resource Day, include a three on three basketball tournament, a Father /Child Basketball Tournament and a ham and turkey holiday giveaway (while supplies last) sponsored by McLaren Flint.
