McLaren To Host Drive-Thru COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics in Davison April 22 and April 23

McLaren Health Management Group is hosting two drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week at its headquarters in Davison, Michigan from 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, and 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Friday, April 23 Individuals can schedule an appointment by visiting www.mclaren.org/covid19vaccine.

Vaccine Clinics:

Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine
(Available for ages 16+, 16 and 17-year-olds must have consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian. Form is available at www.mclaren.org/covid19vaccine)
• First Dose – Thursday, April 22
• Second Dose – Thursday, May 13

Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine
(Available for ages 18+)
• First Dose – Friday, April 23
• Second Dose – Friday, May 21

Patients should wear clothes that allow access to the upper arm and complete and/or bring the following items to the appointment:
• Driver’s license or state ID
• Insurance Card (if applicable)
• Vaccine Administration Consent Form (available at www.mclaren.org/covid19vaccine)

Patients will remain in their vehicle during the clinic and should wear face coverings and must wait in the observation parking area for 15 – 30 minutes after receiving the vaccine
