MCC & NAACP team up to host Career Fair Nov. 30

Mott Community College’s (MCC) Workforce Development Division is partnering with the NAACP of Flint to host a Career Fair Friday, Nov. 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Regional Technology Center on MCC’s Flint campus. The event is free and open to the public.
“This event is not only for our students, but for the general public as well,” said Dartanyan Jamerson, Director of Workforce & Economic Development at MCC. “Applicants should show up ready to meet with employers, be professionally dressed and have multiple copies of an up to date resume,” he added.
The Fair will feature between40 and 50 employers representing various industries including manufacturing, transportation, healthcare and community services. Attendee will also have access to a computer lab to receive help developing a resume.
