At 1:56 a.m., on Saturday, December 14, a traffic crash occurred in the on W. Kearsley St. at Brush Aly, in Flint.
The on-scene investigation revealed that the victim was operating a white Dodge Charger W/B on W. Kearsley St. and ran off the roadway and struck the building at 400 S. Saginaw St., which houses the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified as Andre Bobby Howell and was a Black male born 8-25-93. Howell’s next of kin was notified.
Speed, Alcohol and/or drugs are believed to be a factor in this crash.
