Burton, Mich. —Newly engaged couples will have the opportunity to bring their wedding day to life at the IMA’s 22nd Annual Winter Bridal Show. The annual event is open to the public and will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2020 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at IMA Brookwood Golf & Banquet Center in Burton.
“This is the first bridal show in the area which gives couples an incentive to get to the show early to book their services,” said Lisa Ray, catering director for IMA Brookwood Golf & Banquet Center. “Many of our vendors sell out of dates early so couples wanting specific dates enjoy attending this show to get their services booked in advance of later shows,” Ray said.
Bridal Shows give couples the opportunity to explore and talk to wedding experts from catering, floral arrangements, photo booths, DJs, decorating packages, salons, accessories, reception venues, wedding cakes and more all under one roof. They also have the opportunity to sample a variety of delicious wedding cuisine and wedding cakes with different flavors and fillings from the area’s top bridal businesses. In addition, if the bride is in the market for a wedding gown, the show features a Bridal Salon sponsored by Expressions in Silk Bridal where brides will have the chance to try on wedding gowns and talk to gown specialist in a separate area. Show Day Specials are offered by vendors with a chance to save big money giving couples another reason to attend this annual event.
Vendors for the 2020 show include: Budz & Bloomz Florist, Centennial Image Photography, Creative Catering, Expressions in Silk Bridal & Prom, Farm Bureau Insurance, Felicia Harchick Photography, Fenton Winery & Brewery, IMA Brookwood Golf & Banquet Center, Kitchen Traditions, Mary Kay (Consultant Maryann Perry), Melissa Ann Photography, Men’s Wearhouse, Pure Romance, Rusch Entertainment, Spring Meadows Country Club, Summerset Salon, Tasty Layers Custom Cakes, Top of the Line Entertainment and UM Flint Events. IMA is still accepting dedicated vendors for the 2020 show that would like to have an opportunity to display their products and services.
The show Is open to the public and tickets are $5 pre-registered (go to www.imabridalshow.org to register and skip the line!) or $6 at the door. Proceeds benefit the IMA Recreation Association’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide recreational programs to children and families in the community.
