[Flint, Michigan] – Hasselbring Senior Center recently announced the Grand Re-Opening at their new location, 1678 W. Pierson Rd in Flint (inside the James E. Kennedy Christian Life Center). The center is located just west of Fleming Rd, and shares the parking lot with Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
The ceremony and ribbon-cutting will take place, Monday, March 31, at 10:00 a.m.
All are invited to a wonderful day of pampering. FREE services will be provided from 10:15 – 2:00 P.M. which include music therapy, haircuts, mustache and beard trims, braiding and simple hair styles, chair massages, mini manis, eyebrow arches and fill-ins and much more!
A wonderful lunch, sponsored by Heritage Meadows Neighborhood Association will be served at 11:00 a.m.
Vendors include, but are not limited to Janelle Ballard – FIM Music, LeaAnne Ivory – CenterWell, Tiana Harrington – Career Institute, Wayne the Barber, KP the Barber, Doris Viverette – Doris’ Corner, Marvetria Houston & Janine Hollman – T Lamaz Hair & Beauty, Lakia Cannon – Designs by Lynae and Nicole Buford – Bodies Best Friend.
Hasselbring Senior Center staff and volunteers say they remain committed to their mission and the seniors they serve. They invite the community to join them in moving forward together, with faith and determination, to uplift and protect the heart of this community…the beloved seniors!
