Genesee Intermediate School District to host Fall Career Fair

Flint, MI – The Genesee Intermediate School District (GISD) is hosting a Fall Career Fair on October 30, 2023 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 3 – 7 p.m., at the Erwin L. Davis Education Center – Legacy Auditorium (Door #3), 2413 West Maple Avenue, Flint.

GISD has multiple positions available in various departments and programs, offering great pay and benefits, work-life balance and a professional team environment. On-site, one-on-one interviews will be available, and if job seekers are offered a position after attending the Career Fair, GISD will cover the fingerprinting and background check costs.

“GISD employees touch the lives of students in Genesee County in a variety of ways,” said Eddie Kindle, associate superintendent at GISD.

Kindle added: “Whatever you’re passionate about, we likely have a position where you can put your skills to work and make a positive impact on the students and families we have the pleasure of serving.”  

GISD is hiring for immediate and future vacancies at locations across Genesee County from categories such as special education teachers; para-educators; early childhood teachers and classroom support; speech and language pathologists; social workers and school psychologists; finance, payroll, and accounting professionals; bus drivers and aides; technology; and custodial.
