Genesee County Land Bank Authority seeks seasonal/temporary property maintenance crews

The positions are 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, from May 1 through October 31.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift while standing, walking bending and lifting.
• Experience with landscape equipment such as line trimmers, chain saws and zero turn mowers, preferred.

Pay rate: $14-$16 per hour. There are no fringe benefits.
