Genesee County Health Department partners with Bishop International Airport Authority for drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination clinics

The Genesee County Health Department and Bishop International Airport Authority have partnered to offer a permanent drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination location.

“As part of the transportation network that connects our region to the world, and as a community partner, we couldn’t be more pleased to be a part of the process to vaccinate our community against COVID-19,” said Airport Director Nino Sapone.

Scheduled vaccination clinics will be held at the Bishop International Airport Economy Lot located at 3262 West Bristol Road, Flint, MI.

COVID-19 vaccination is available by appointment only to those who are eligible through the MDHHS prioritization guideline. Eligible individuals should fill out the COVID vaccine pre-registration survey online, at
GCHD pre-registration survey.

If you need help filling out the survey, please contact your local senior center,
the Valley Area Agency on Aging (810-239-7671) or GCHD at (810-424-4443). Information on prioritization, eligibility and pre-registration can be found at

While the supply of vaccine is increasing each week, GCHD asks for your patience at this time, as
there is not enough vaccine available for all who are eligible. Vaccine prioritization is based on current state guidelines and not specifically on the date that you pre-register. The most recent guideline is linked here:
