Friends of the Flint Public Library Fall Used Book Sale
The Friends of the Flint Public Library’s Fall Used Book Sale will be held October 21-October 25, 2014 at the Flint Public Library, Lower Level Meeting Room, 1026 E. Kearsley St., Flint.
Choose from thousands of paperback and hardbound books on hundreds of subjects. For movie lovers there’s a collection of videos and DVDs. Music lovers will find CDs and a limited collection of vinyl records and cassettes. There’s also a limited collection of books on CD and tape. Most items are $1 or less. Appraised items are also available, appropriately priced.
Tuesday, October 21, 2014 is a special pre-sale for members of the Friends of the Flint Public Library only, 5-7:30 p.m. New members may join that night to take advantage of the preview sale.
Public book sale hours are: Noon to 7 p.m., Wednesday October 22 and Thursday, October 23 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, October 24 and Saturday October 25.
There is a special sale Friday, two paperbacks or two hardbound for the price of one. Saturday is Bag Sale Day—a bag of books for $5.
