BRIGHTON, Mich. — February 18, 2025 — Three StoryPoint Group senior living communities in the Flint
metro area — Devonshire, Oliver Woods and Springvale — were recognized with the A Place for Mom 2025
Best of Senior Living Award. A total of 75 StoryPoint Group communities received the recognition, making

To receive the A Place for Mom 2025 Best of Senior Living Award, communities must have an overall review
score of 9.5 or higher and at least 10 reviews during the award period (January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024).
