(FLINT, Mich., March 11, 2024) — The Foundation for Mott Community College (FMCC) will celebrate the late MCC Board Chair Lenore Croudy March 27 at a party from noon to 2 p.m. on what would have been her 89th birthday in the Lenore Croudy Family Life Center on the main campus in Flint.
The event will feature cake and ice cream, raffles for prizes and cakes, opportunities to support the Lenore Croudy Lifetime Friends campaign fund, and live music by Bianca Thorn and Cherise Bradley. Admission is free, but pre-registration is encouraged. Register at https://www.mcc.edu/
Donors to the Lenore Croudy Lifetime Friends fund will be featured on the WALL OF GIVING featured in the lobby of the Family Life Center.
Croudy, longtime educator and administrator for Flint Community Schools, and community leader, was the longest serving Chairperson of the MCC Board of Trustees in the College’s history. She passed away in January 2017.
The Family Life Center was named in her honor to recognize her 29 years of service and leadership as a Trustee, including 21 years as Chairperson, and her commitment to the College, its students and their families.
