Flint Courier News hosts media literacy workshop, Saturday, Nov. 8

In an era where information travels at lightning speed, understanding how to identify credible sources has never been more important. The Flint Courier News invites community members to a free Media Literacy Workshop designed to help residents navigate today’s complex media landscape with confidence.

The interactive session will take place at the Gloria Coles Flint Public Library on Saturday, Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. 12 p.m., where participants will learn practical tools to recognize bias, verify information and become more discerning consumers of news and social media content.

Participants will enjoy a continental breakfast while engaging in thoughtful dialogue on truth in storytelling.
