Early Sunday shooting being investigated

At around 04:19 a.m., on Sunday Dec. 19, Flint Police Department officers arrived to a home located in the 100 block of S. Vernon Avenue because of a shooting. Upon arrival, Flint PD officers located a 34-year-old Black male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was subsequently taken to Hurley Medical Center where he was listed in critical condition. No suspects have been taken into custody. This investigation is ongoing.
