Over the past several weeks, Flint Water Crisis claimants have started to receive notices about their claim, which informs them whether further action needs to be taken to ensure they are eligible to receive their award. If Flint Water claimants have not received a notice by September 20th, they need to act quickly, or risk missing out on a settlement award. This is particularly important for claimants who were minors when their claim was originally filed, but have since turned 18, and can be remedied with a proof of ID and valid signature.
