Back to School Family Fun Day Prepares Kids for Safe Return to School

Charity United Methodist Church is hosting a Back to School Family Fun day to prepare local children for a safe, productive school year. The event occurs Saturday, Sept. 8, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 4601 Clio Road in Flint.

“We welcome all families to attend this free event to help kids and their parents get ready for school, said,” Johnny Watkins, event co-chair.

The event will include food (while supplies lasts), school supplies, a bounce house, parent resource information, entertainment and more. Contact 275-7034 or angjohnn@gmail.com for additional information.  The event is sponsored by the Community Foundation of Greater Flint.

Charity United Methodist Church believes in serving God and others while addressing the needs of the community. Fred Bowden is the Pastor.
