The New McCree Theatre is holding auditions for its February 2022 production, James Baldwin’s The Amen Corner on at 7 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, December 14 & 15. Interested persons should come prepared to sing a song, read a poem or monologue and participate in cold readings from the script. The cast requires nine (9) adult females and five (5) adult males, plus extras to constitute the church congregation. Performance dates are February 17 to March 5, 2022 with performances on Thursday and Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 2 and 7 p.m. The New McCree Theatre is located at 4601 Clio Road, in Flint.
