As Flint Prayer Chain Day approaches, community members are invited to planning meeting

Flint Prayer Chain Day is fast approaching and all community members are invited to attend the last planning meeting to be held on Monday, September 9th at 6 p.m. at Bethesda Temple, 947 Leland Street.  At this meeting the group will be finalizing the agenda, speakers, advertising opportunities and logistics detail; so community input is desired.  So far, there again is a great team of prayer leaders from across Flint so area residents are urged not to miss what is being called Flint’s Premier Prayer Event this year!

FLINT PRAYER CHAIN DAY IS HAPPENING: September 28th, 2024 at noon on the front lawn of the County Jail/Sheriff’s Office

You can consider adopting-a-street and joining in prayer for Flint!

For our 2024 event, participants will again endeavor to cover the city of Flint in prayer during:

1.) Rally at County Jailhouse Lawn (1 – 2 hours) and

2.) Optional Prayer Ride following the Rally (1 hour) and

3.) Optional Site Ministry/Outreach following the Rally @ length of participant’s choosing

For the EIGHTEENTH Annual Prayer Chain Day there is so much for which to pray!   11:45 a.m. is the recommended arrival time on September 28th on the front lawn of the County Jail (1002 Saginaw Street) .  Those participating are also urged to wear a red article of clothing to represent the atonement of the Blood of Jesus for sins.
